How Do You Work?
I work with cutting-edge Integral Coaching method developed by New
Ventures West and a body-centered psychology called the Hakomi Method.
I ask skillful questions about all the areas of your life and heart, listen deeply
and with full presence to who you are and what you say through your
words, body, moods, actions and inactions.  I’ll point out what you may not
be seeing and together we’ll uncover possibilities for your life and reveal
new perspectives on what is already.

What's A Typical Coaching Program Like?
I choose to work in a way that penetrates more deeply than just
conversations that leave you with new insight but fail to develop a new way
of being that yields action and sustainable skill and competency.
We’ll have
an initial intake session that will last 1-1/2 or 2 hours, and then I’ll spend
several hours designing a comprehensive and custom-designed program to
help you move forward.

The Personal Effectiveness Program will be the basis for our work together.
Programs typically include a statement of intended outcomes, a set of self-
observations, practices, and distinctions for you to contemplate and follow.

We’ll continue to meet in person or by phone for 45-75 minutes from 1-4
sessions
for the duration of your program.

How Do I Get Started? Is There A Complimentary First Session?
Getting started is as simple as emailing me at christina@christinaforth.com
or calling me during business hours Mondays, Wednesdays or Fridays at
415-350-5241.

Chemistry and "fit" is just as important in the coaching relationship as any
other.  So, I offer a first free
20 minute call or in person meeting in which
you'll tell me a little about your situation, have time to ask and get answers
to any questions about the coaching process and see if we "fit" together in a
way that works for us both.
Why Life Coaching?
Every so often life presents us with the opportunity to pause and make note
of who we have become and who we are becoming. Sometimes this
reflection is prompted by professional circumstances, like a promotion or
firing, or personal experiences such as overwhelm or the beginning or
ending of a relationship.   Sometimes it comes from a gut feeling that
something is missing, or that there is something more.  How we make
sense of and respond to these experiences often determines what actions
we take, and this, of course, influences our relationship to and fulfillment in
life.
As a life coach, I love to work with people who are in or approaching these threshold moments – the turning
points of life.  As your coach, we’ll celebrate the messy exciting experience of living and growing.  I’ll help
empower you to dig deeper into your strengths, grow from your challenges and become even more fully
yourself so you love the life you are living, now
