



Christina's style is informed by her studies in . Into her focus on alignment principles, Christina's infuses
her mindfulness meditation practice and strong love of flowing breath-coordinated movement. She
believes yoga should feel fluid, delicious, challenging and transforming.
Classes weave moderately-paced vinyasa, longer holds and partner work, pranayama, music and
sound into a tapestry of spirit and presence. Her approach is intentional and deep, nurturing the each
individual's inner teacher.
She has completed immersions and teacher trainings in ashtanga yoga and anusara yoga. She is
currently most inspired by Maritza, Sianna Sherman and John Friend.
She endeavors to leave her students feeling grounded, in their bodies, spacious and easeful. Mostly,
she hopes students leave understanding more about why the practice their yoga and what it means for
their lives.

Christina has taught nationally and at many of the Bay Areas' most
respected yoga studios, such as Yoga of Sausalito, Yoga Studio Mill
Valley,Yoga Studio Larkspur Landing, Yoga Kula San
Francisco,Greenpath Yoga, Third Street Yoga, and The Yoga Room.
Christina is in her second decade of yoga and spiritual practice. Over
the years, she has studied in India learning asana from Sri K Pattabhi
Jois and pranayama, chanting and philosophy from Venkatesh.
